Kamal Jeet Food TechnologistKamal Jeet is a trained Food Technologist with Masters in Food Science and Technology from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University (CCSHAU), Hisar, Haryana. Kamal Jeet is currently pursuing his LLM at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. Kamal Jeet had been a worker @Grassroot at Haryana Heritage and is also involved in Promoting the Natural Foods and Organic Farming in the country.

I am a regular reader of Kamal’s article at various forums. He writes purely experience based scientific articles in his unique style. His writings is original and has immense powers to inspire many! “बाजण दो चिमटा” is his favorite ‘तकिया कलाम’, which I personally like the most! By the time, Kamal writes “बाजण दो चिमटा”  in his article, the readers reach at different level of ecstasy, which I can not explain in words and you have to experience it yourself.

My request to submit his informative articles, written in his unique style for ‘Vigyaan’ was readily accepted by Kamal Jeet. Here is his first article, hope the readers of ‘Vigyaan’ will like it.

Skilled in Molecular Medicine, Genetics, Translational Research and Wildlife Forensics, Dr Verma has done his doctorate from the University of Oxford. UK.

He had been the inventor of ‘Universal Primer Technology’ (US Patent 7141364), which led to the establishment of India’s first wildlife forensics cell in the LaCONES of CCMB to provide wildlife forensics services to the nation.

He is also the recipient of several national and international awards and honours, including the 2008 CSIR Technology Award, the 2009 NRDC Meritorious Invention Award of Govt. of India and the 2009 BioAsia Innovation Award in recognition of his contribution to Indian science and technology.
